Mini Golf at the South Florida Science Center

A nice BBQ on an evening playing Mini Golf sounds like a fun treat! On Thursday, October 25th, we are headed to the South Florida Science Center for a fun and educational evening. We will bring the BBQ!

Enjoy the beautiful outdoors on the South Florida Science Center’s new Conservation Course, an 18-hole miniature golf course designed by local legends Jim Fazio and Gary Nicklaus!

Located in the Science Center’s charming backyard, the course was developed as a green space to provide recreational and environmental benefits to visitors while educating people about Florida’s native habitats. Each hole is named for a plant or animal found in the Everglades and has signage with educational language. The course was designed with science in mind, with a goal toward fostering interest in golf and conservation initiatives. Players of all ages can enjoy the course and its babbling brooks, butterfly gardens and lush green landscaping – A golf experience unlike any other.
